Baseball teams can throwback to all kinds of stuff.  Different eras, different teams, different leagues, non-existant teams...

Basketball, Football, and Hockey can all get into it too.

Soccer, with all the sponsorship issues, doesn't seem to have the same luxury.  I can't see today's Sounders throwin back to this:
